Raspberries
Raspberries are very popular because of the high amounts of anti-oxidants. The anti-oxidants neutralize aggressive molecules in the body and prevent cell damage. Raspberries also contain vitamin C and anthocyanins. About half of the anti-oxidant effect of raspberries is caused by ellagitannins. You can find them, in addition to raspberries, in small quantities in strawberries, but otherwise in no other fruit. Strawberry
Strawberries, like raspberries, contain anti-oxidants that protect us from premature aging. Strawberries also contain substances that promote a feeling of wellbeing. Strawberries are rich in vitamins A, B and C and have elements such as potassium, calcium and iron. In addition, strawberries contain few calories: 25 per 100 grams. For our fruit mixes we use the smaller strawberry varieties because they are fuller in taste. The strawberries are chopped into smaller pieces in the fruit mix, so that they are easy to blend.
