🇬🇧 Viareggio Cool Cappuccino
Cold coffee is hot
Cool Cappuccino has long been a hit in the USA – and is now winning over coffee lovers in Europe. Just like hot tea became iced tea, hot coffee is turning into a refreshing cold drink, especially popular with younger audiences.
Blender recipe:
– 50 g Cool Cappuccino powder (approx. 2 scoops)
– 120 ml whole milk
– 3–12 dry ice cubes
Before blending, press the pulse button a few times first.
Then blend and enjoy!
Tip: Replace 35 ml of milk with Baileys for a premium version.
Slush Machine Preparation – Cool Cappuccino
Ingredients:
- 4 litres of full-fat UHT milk
- 2 bags of Cool Cappuccino instant mix (500 g each)
- Optional: Add Baileys per glass afterwards for the Baileys version
Instructions:
For best results:
- Blend 2 times 1 litre of full-fat UHT milk, each with 1 bag of Cool Cappuccino instant mix.
- Pour this mixture into the slush machine.
- Then add 2 more litres of full-fat UHT milk to the mixture in the slush machine.
- Set the machine to freeze mode.
- After approximately 1 hour, the chilled Cool Cappuccino is ready to serve.
