MIX YOUR OWN BOX WITH COOL CAPPUCCINO, PINA COLADA

Preparation Blender Cool Cappuccino 400 ml (with Baileys):
50 gr Cool Cappuccino Instant Mix
100-150 ml long-life whole milk (substitute with 35-70 ml Baileys if necessary)
6-12 dry ice cubes or cream or soft ice cream

Preparation Slush Cool Cappuccino:
4 liters of long-life full cream milk and 2 bags with 500 grams of Viareggio Cool Cappuccino instant mix. Add Baileys afterwards when serving.

Preparation Blender Pina Colada 400 ml:
1 bag pineapple mango (150 gr)
250 ml smoothie base fruit juice
50 gr Pina Colada instant mix
0 ml or 35 ml or 70 ml rum
Lemon juice
2 to 3 ice cubes

Preparation Blender Pina Colada Milkshake 400 ml:
50 gr Pina Colada instant mix
100 - 150 ml long-life whole milk
6-12 dry ice cubes or cream or soft ice cream

Preparation Slush Pina Colada Milkshake:
4 liters of full cream long-life milk and 2 bags Pina Colada instant mix

🇬🇧 Viareggio Cool Cappuccino
Cold coffee is hot

Cool Cappuccino has long been a hit in the USA – and is now winning over coffee lovers in Europe. Just like hot tea became iced tea, hot coffee is turning into a refreshing cold drink, especially popular with younger audiences.

Blender recipe:
– 50 g Cool Cappuccino powder (approx. 2 scoops)
– 120 ml whole milk
– 3–12 dry ice cubes
Before blending, press the pulse button a few times first.
Then blend and enjoy!

Tip: Replace 35 ml of milk with Baileys for a premium version.

Slush Machine Preparation – Cool Cappuccino

Ingredients:
  • 4 litres of full-fat UHT milk
  • 2 bags of Cool Cappuccino instant mix (500 g each)
  • Optional: Add Baileys per glass afterwards for the Baileys version
Instructions:
For best results:

  1. Blend 2 times 1 litre of full-fat UHT milk, each with 1 bag of Cool Cappuccino instant mix.
  2. Pour this mixture into the slush machine.
  3. Then add 2 more litres of full-fat UHT milk to the mixture in the slush machine.
  4. Set the machine to freeze mode.
  5. After approximately 1 hour, the chilled Cool Cappuccino is ready to serve.

With this delicious Pina Colada instant mix, you can prepare a delicious Pina Colada (Milkshake) with or without alcohol in the slush or blender.

In the blender, blend 50 grams of Pina Colada powder with 100 ml of full-cream and longlife milk and 6 to 10 dry ice cubes for a Milkshake.

In the slush, prepare the Pina Colada Milkshake with 6 liters of long-life milk and 4 bags of Pina Colada instant mix.
